Great to be in the room on Monday for The Australian Veterinary Association Cultivating Safe Teams stakeholder summit in Sydney. Such valuable knowledge and perspectives in the room - thanks to all who shared. Well done to Monika Cole for bringing everyone together. - The Cultivating Safe Teams program has been piloted in 50 veterinary workplaces and has reached over 700 people to date. At it's core, the program is designed to ensure workplace teams are safe and great, in order to thrive. Yesterday's summit was an opportunity to hear the initial findings and workshop what the future of the program could look like.

We've loved having the Petbarn Foundation team at our events this year supporting our mission to increase wellbeing in the veterinary world. Each year, Petbarn's Tree of Hope fundraising appeal raises vital funds that are distributed to Australian charities (yes, like us!) to improve the lives of pets and the people who care for them.
