We have had a productive start to the year at the Woolworths Kingsford Project in Bullsbrook. Our site team and subcontractors have made great progress. All of the concrete tilt-panels have been lifted in place and the structural steelwork erection is tracking well for completion in the Woolworths Box early next week.

Hale Memorial Hall & Cygnet Theatre: A Triumph of Heritage and Modern Design 🏫 We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Hale Memorial Hall redevelopment at Perth's oldest private boys' school. This project, executed by Focus Building Company under a Design & Construct contract for our esteemed client Hale School, was a collaborative effort that brought together the exceptional talents of Total Project Management (WA) Pty Ltd and the renowned Kerry Hill Architects (KHA). The redevelopment breathes new life into the 1961 Memorial Hall, establishing the foundation for a dynamic and vibrant new performing arts precinct. Despite the upgrades, the historic exterior remains intact, showcasing WA's brutalist design and preserving it as a cherished landmark. The Focus team is immensely proud to pay tribute to the legacy of the original structures while significantly enhancing the facilities for both staff and students.
