Instead of hosting a Christmas party this year, our Fresh Sydney Team took time to give back to our community, spending the afternoon packing bags for the Share the Dignity, #ItsInTheBag movement. 💖 This wonderful initiative is dedicated to helping vulnerable women and girls across Australia, in making a real difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, escaping domestic violence, or going through tough times. Mitchel W. and Luka Kasalovic of our product team held a fireside chat last Thursday with Prodigi and Toastie discussing all things medical tech, AI and healthcare and the future of the industry to an engaged group of university students 🚀 As a scale up experiencing high growth in the MedTech industry, we are passionate about partnering with Universities, student organisations and training programs to provide the next generation of professionals with the tools to continue to grow the industry. Prodigi focuses on bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry experience and we are proud to partner with organisations like these to educate and inspire future generations. This week marked a very HUGE milestone for Fresh Clinics. On Tuesday, we opened the doors to our new Sydney HQ based in Surry Hills. We have officially moved into what we would call our forever home. After 2 years in North Sydney, and now 140+ employees, our team have been working behind the scenes to bring this beautiful new space to life. At Fresh Clinics, we have always been 'remote first', ensuring that our employees have balance and freedom to work where it suits them; from home, in the office, outside in nature, overseas, where ever! But the office has always been a space to bring everyone together and we are so excited to now have this beautiful space that reflects our awesome culture and Fresh vibe. Over the last week we welcomed our staff with coffee and donuts from the team at Grumpy Donuts, we shared none other than GuzmanYGomez for lunch in the new courtyard, played Street Fighter, planted herbs, ate cake, Messina gelato and so much more! We can't wait to create so many more exciting memories here.

We are so excited to share, the second intake of our Growth Accelerator Program kicking off in March 2025. We’re welcoming Fresh Members who have been running their clinic for over 2 years and are ready to take the next step.    The Fresh Clinics Growth Accelerator Program is a first in the industry, delivered by renowned entrepreneurs from inside and outside aesthetics. Participants gain skills and insights to push the boundaries of their business and develop as leaders. Think strategic road mapping, commercial analysis, advanced consultation training, building high-performing teams, and setting up scalable management systems - just to name a few. The first cohort of Fresh Members in our Growth Accelerator Program recently gathered for the final two events of the course. A hands on clinical training workshop and an in-person strategy day which took place at The Grounds of Alexandria in Sydney. This marked the end of eight weeks of intensive learning, aimed at providing participants with the tools they need for clinic growth and long-term success. The event was not just about tea and treats, but about standing in solidarity with those affected and supporting the vital research needed to improve treatments and outcomes.
