Today is a really proud moment for me announcing that we have secured a seed funding round of $4.6million for frntlne.  We are working with a strong group of strategic investors and advisors who have global experience across education, entertainment and technology startups and who truly believe in the potential of our business. Thank you to Matt Berriman and the team at RealVC Paul Saunders & Martin Dalgleish for leading the round. Thank you also to our other key investors including Investible, led by Jayden Basha. And I can't forget the Victorian and Federal Government departments that have opened so many doors for us already! Jason Fuller, Zareen Hussain, Sharooq Khajotia, Tim D., Jeremy Eames, Arabella Rothwell We wouldn't be in the position we are in without the input and advice from Dr David Isaacson, PhD and Dr Mathew Knowles and a big thanks to all those who have supported the journey. Having bootstrapped the business to this point, I am excited for the next phase of frntlne and the opportunity that this funding round will bring in accelerating our product development, the growth of our team and expansion into key international markets including Singapore, the UK and UAE. A big thanks to all those who have supported the journey inc our very first customer Bondi Sands / Shaun Wilson and our first retailer Pharmacy 4 Less / Feras Karem.

  • Instead of bingeing Netflix - what if you could get frontline staff to watch your training course? 74% of employees are willing to train outside work hours to improve performance. (Source: Upskilled). That's right, staff are WILLING to give up their FREE TIME to grow themselves. 📈 Yet, traditional product training minimises that willingness: 1️⃣ It's a big ask: it demands substantial time and commitment for people to attend. 2️⃣ It's logistically challenging: finding a central location and a time that works for everyone can sometimes be virtually impossible. 3️⃣ It's not engaging: the classic classroom-style format is outdated and may fail to keep attention throughout the session - especially those younger generations. The bottom line: in-person product training sessions typically are an expensive and logistical challenging exercise for brands that doesn't guarantee attendance, nor how much information is actually retained from the session. There's a much simpler and more efficient way to maximise that eagerness for product training and achieve a substantially higher #ROI: the frntlne approach. Here's why: 🔹Smoother logistics: convenient online, on demand training accessible from any location, at any time. 🔹Minimal effort required: short nano-training modules that only take minutes at a time. 🔹Engaging and fun: entertaining social media-style videos designed to captivate and maintain attention. 🔹Measurable ROI: the ability to measure and compare pre versus post-training brand awareness, knowledge and sales skill levels in learners. It's that easy. We're keen to hear how we can help you and your brand capitalise on that willingness to learn.📝 #frntlne #EmployeeDevelopment #CareerGrowth #ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalDevelopment

  • Gen Z brings a unique perspective to the workforce, and their response to training is markedly different from previous generations. So, how can we engage #GenZ to foster success in today's workforce? Our #CEO, Mark John, recently featured in Inside Small Business, where he discusses three strategies to engage Gen Z in workplace training. Here are his tips: 1️⃣ Create a value mindset - help Gen Z see the value of their training and how it can help them achieve their career goals. 2️⃣ Produce short, engaging videos - with shorter attention spans, ditch hour-long lectures and break training down into fun, bite-sized pieces. 3️⃣ Offer incentives - implement reward systems and interactive challenges to encourage Gen Z learners, turning training sessions into captivating and enjoyable experiences. Put these tips and tricks to work in your training programs, and watch your workforce transform into a team that's not only strong and proactive but also deeply knowledgeable. • Body language is a silent but powerful communicator of your professional image and influence in the workplace. 🌟 It offers a unique glimpse into you as an individual and the organisation you represent, significantly shaping the impression customers hold of both entities. Let's not underestimate the profound impact of these non-verbal cues. In the realm of customer service, confidence plays a pivotal role. Here are three ways staff can help convey confidence within the #customerservice industry. Maintaining consistent eye contact, standing with poise, and offering a warm smile—all of these gestures convey assurance, confidence, and trustworthiness. 🤝 By incorporating these practices into customer interactions, you can create positive and lasting impressions. #ProfessionalImage #BodyLanguage #CustomerService #Confidence #Impression #WorkplaceEtiquette

  • #staffretention is a significant challenge for businesses in 2024. A survey found that 36% of HR professionals consider employee retention their biggest challenge, with recruitment following closely behind. Today, more than ever, it's vital to nurture a culture that not only keeps our staff well-informed and deeply engaged but also inspires them. Here's 3 essential tips to create highly engaged and knowledgeable employees: 1️⃣ Track and support progress: aim to provide regular feedback that guides learning and encourages progress. Acknowledging each learning milestone motivates and inspires your team, leading to a more committed and capable workforce. 2️⃣ Offer on-demand training: anywhere, anytime : embrace the flexibility of on-demand training to make learning more accessible and convenient for your frontline workers. This approach allows employees to engage in training sessions at their own pace and according to their schedules, accommodating varying shifts and workloads. 3️⃣ Provide video-based learning: incorporating videos can significantly enhance knowledge retention and engagement among your staff. Include instructional videos, demonstrations, and interactive video sessions in your training modules. This approach not only makes learning more engaging but also caters to various learning styles. By nurturing a workplace that values #learning, #growth and curiosity, you create a positive culture that will retain employees. #EmployeeEngagement #GrowthMindset #ProfessionalDevelopment #InnovationInWorkplace #WorkforceEmpowerment
