✨ Speaker highlight ✨ Roshni is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in both Information Systems and Business & IT, holding degrees from the University of Melbourne. She began her career at ANZ through the graduate program in 2005, progressing through various roles, including Business Analyst, Release Manager, Tech Account Manager, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager. Roshni has also made significant contributions to the energy sector with program management and leadership positions at Energy Australia and AGL. Currently, she serves as the Executive Manager of Engineering - Advertising at REA Group, where she continues to innovate and lead. Roshni is deeply passionate about promoting women in technology, evidenced by her involvement with the Diverse Women's Mentoring Association (DWMA). Beyond her professional achievements, she is also a part-time Odissi dancer, showcasing her love for Indian classical dance.
