In last week’s masterclass, Salesforce Global Growth Evangelist 𝗧𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗕𝗼𝘃𝗮 revealed a critical truth - while businesses invest heavily in improving Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX) often takes a back seat. And that’s a costly mistake. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲. When they feel undervalued, overwhelmed by inefficient processes, or stuck using clunky technology, they’re less likely to go the extra mile for customers. The result? Lower engagement, higher turnover, and a subpar customer experience that impacts growth. Tiffani’s research shows that companies excelling in EX see: ✔ 1.3x higher client satisfaction ✔ 1.4x higher employee satisfaction ✔ 1.8x faster revenue growth So why is EX still being overlooked? A staggering 74% of C-suite leaders say no one really “owns” Employee Experience within their company, and 73% don’t know how to use employee data to drive change. It’s time for a shift. Companies that prioritise EX alongside CX will 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨-𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. 𝟯 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ➤ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳: Employee feedback shouldn’t be a once-a-year survey that gets filed away. Regular pulse checks with actionable questions - like “How easy was it to complete task X on a scale of 1-10?” - can uncover small changes that make a big impact. ➤ 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Marketing, HR, and Sales shouldn’t be working in silos. Instead, businesses need an integrated strategy that balances both Customer and Employee Experience. A company that puts EX first creates a stronger foundation for CX success. ➤ 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗹: Some companies have over 1,000 different apps in use! Employees need streamlined, user-friendly technology that makes their jobs easier, not harder. Better tools lead to higher efficiency, better service, and stronger business outcomes. The bottom line? When businesses invest in Employee Experience, they’re investing in customer loyalty, innovation, and long-term growth. The data proves it - happy, empowered employees create exceptional customer experiences. One of our members, Aslak, shares his key takeaway from shares their key takeaway from Tiffani Bova’s masterclass 💡 Perhaps EX is the key to business success? Members can watch the replay in On Demand. Non-members can read the summary on our website >>> https://lnkd.in/g5w4Neu6

Great employee experience leads to great customer experience. I recently attended a masterclass with Tiffani Bova, arranged by Growth Faculty, where she made a compelling case: We’ve been focusing on customer experience (CX) first, but the real game-changer is employee experience (EX). Studies show that high EX leads to high CX, but that’s not all—it also boosts productivity and helps retain top talent. In other words, taking care of your employees isn’t just good ethics, it’s good business. One thing I didn’t do for this session? Get up in the middle of the night to watch it live (since it was in Australian time). Instead, I enjoyed the recording at a much more reasonable hour—which, I suppose, was my version of a better experience. 😉 What do you think? Are companies still too focused on CX over EX, or are we finally shifting in the right direction? https://lnkd.in/g3H6F5Jn
