What a month it's been! Across our Hansen offices globally, our Mo Bros and Mo Sisters embraced the Movember spirit in full force, raising awareness and funds for men's health. From a 30-day beard-growing challenge and a colleague shaving off his beard for the first time in eight years, to a push-up challenge, Grand Shave-Off and Bake Sale, our teams showcased the power of coming together for a vital cause. Through these initiatives, we've raised funds to support Movember's initiatives to tackle men's mental, emotional, and physical health, and importantly, raise awareness across our Hansen community. Starting as Norway's first female electro teacher in the 1980s and now a trailblazer at Hansen, she has continuously broken barriers. "Technology has changed enormously – perhaps one of the biggest is how we share updates with clients. Gone are the days of sendingdisks with updates to our software by post." Whether leading the consultants or supporting colleagues through personal challenges, Solveig has exemplified one of Hansen’s core value - "People and Family". Today, some 25 years on, she remains passionate about her work and committed to continuous learning. "The best part of my job is the fantastic colleagues and customers I get to interact with daily," she shares. "The collaborative spirit and continuous learning environment make every day exciting. Despite my here, I still learn something new daily, which keeps me motivated and passionate about my work."
