She thrives on helping clients rediscover their spark and achieve positive behavioural changes, all while improving their overall well-being. With a focus on mental health and trauma, Cindy’s hands-on approach includes trampoline sessions, creative activities like diamond art, and skill-building strategies tailored to each client’s needs. When she’s not making an impact at work, Cindy enjoys life on her hobby farm and delights in her vegetable gardens and homemade sourdough bread.
