  • Elevate your leadership with #TeamHB10 in 2025 Are you a woman or non-binary individual with a STEMM background, navigating a transition in your career or personal growth journey? Ready to step up and lead in your field? Monica Joseph, a participant in #HB9, felt the same way while working in the chemical manufacturing industry. She joined the program at what she described as an “extremely low point” in her career, struggling with a lack of confidence, direction, and personal value. Through the support system at Homeward Bound, Monica found the courage to leave her previous job and transition into a new direction. Today, she says she is "happy, smiling and enjoying life again” with her husband and 3 boys. 2025 is looking promising with new employment opportunities. Homeward Bound is dedicated to supporting individuals like Monica unlock their potential, overcome barriers, and step into impactful leadership roles. If Monica’s story resonates with you, take the next step. • Congratulations to Dr. Jane Goodall on receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Dr. Goodall has long been an inspiration to Homeward Bound and the wider STEMM community, showing us that dedication, curiosity, and compassion can reshape our understanding of the planet. Her endorsement of Homeward Bound reflects her belief in empowering women leaders to drive meaningful change and to lead with courage and hope. As we look ahead to our leadership expedition to Antarctica and Tanzania this year, we’re reminded of Dr. Goodall’s transformational work, particularly at the Gombe Stream National Park, and the lasting impact she has made throughout her illustrious career. In her words: "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." Thank you Dr. Goodall for the example you set for women leaders in STEMM everywhere. https://bit.ly/3W5l1MF
