Last week we welcomed our wonderful clients, friends, and industry to showcase (and taste) our new menu collection, carefully crafted by our expert culinary team. Our produce-focused menus hero the flavours of the season with each culinary experience delivered through a selection of feasting, plated and cocktail style menus. While the feasting menu was given centre stage, the cocktail and plated menus roamed the room, giving guests the opportunity to experience our restaurant-quality dining, inspired by native and international flavours. Guests also had the opportunity to taste their way through our bespoke wine packages with an interactive wine tasting experience whilst soaking up the smooth sounds of Mr Sax. Thank you to everyone who came along to experience our refreshed culinary offering, and a huge thank you to our trusted partners – Scene Change, Valiant, Mr Sax, Bouquet Boutique and Cork & Co for helping to deliver such a fantastic event. Join us at HSW on July 10th and experience the rich traditions and contemporary expressions of Indigenous Culture as we commemorate NAIDOC week in collaboration with Birrunga Gallery.   The event will run from 11am – 2:30pm at Felons Barrel Hall showcasing Indigenous Culture and art, honouring the theme: Keep the fire burning! Blak, loud and proud!   The day will begin with a Traditional Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony and a live Didgeridoo performance before guests are invited to wander through the thought-provoking art installation curated by Birrunga Gallery, specially crafted for NAIDOC Week, with the artists themselves in attendance. In exciting news, one of Brisbane’s best tourist attractions is now part of the Howard Smith Wharves family, adding an adrenaline experience to our vibrant entertainment and dining precinct! We’re excited for this next chapter – in continuing to enhance Brisbane’s reputation as a top tourism destination, particularly as we approach 2032. The Story Bridge is one of only a handful of bridge climbs in the world with a rich history and heritage status connecting with the Wharves.
