Our very own Rachel Green has been named #1 in this year’s B&T Best of the Best Business Support Executives list. Congratulations, Rachel, on this incredible achievement! This year, Rachel has successfully led a significant refurbishment project for the HOYTS office while also mentoring emerging talent within the industry, all alongside her ongoing professional duties. Beyond her work at HOYTS, she organises industry networking events, advocates for endometriosis awareness, and serves as an internal ambassador for the RSPCA. Reflecting on the recognition, Rachel shared, "Indeed, 2024 has been a year — a year I'm truly proud of for my professional achievements. To now be named #1 in B&T's Top 10 Business Support Professionals, alongside so many wonderful others, many of whom I've had the pleasure of working with for many years, is an honour." Adding to her impressive list of achievements, Rachel also won the Business Support category at this year’s Women in Media Awards. The exterior walls of Karrinyup Shopping Centre have undergone an incredible transformation with an immersive installation that captures the magic of Wicked. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into the Land of Oz, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable cinematic experience. Brad Eaton, General Manager of Customer Engagement, stated, “This was a fantastic initiative to bring Wicked to life at Perth’s premier cinema and shopping centre at Karrinyup. Through a collaboration between GPT, Universal and HOYTS, we have created a more immersive cinema going experience that lifts up the centre.” A big congratulations to all involved in this takeover.
