We're excited to see Hazard Recognition Plus ™ (HRP) featured in BIC Magazine, showcasing how leading companies are prioritising safety for a zero-incident operation. "With our adoption of HRP and it being foundational in achieving safety across our sites, we have reached a record low with over a 50% reduction in recordable injuries, and we’re on track for the same in 2024. HRP is not a tool, it’s a change in mindset that is embedded in our culture and has resulted in a transformational shift in our safety culture." Hazard Recognition Plus ™ is a game-changing, human-based process that shifts the safety conversation from just recognising hazards to understanding the energy sources that create them. By identifying and managing these energy sources before they become hazards, organisations can proactively prevent incidents long before they pose a risk. HRP: ✅ Focuses on energy as the foundation of work ✅ Integrates seamlessly into existing safety programs ✅ Establishes a common language for hazard recognition ✅ Enhances job planning and leadership engagement ✅ Drives results: Reduced TRIR, fewer incidents, increased reliability HRP is more than a process, it’s a cultural shift in how we view and manage risk. If you want to learn how HRP can help your organisation move from reactive response to proactive prevention, get in touch at info@hseglobal.com or read more here: https://lnkd.in/gMCZZ8q8 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gxad5uaR #HazardRecognition #HRP #ProactivePrevention #HSEGlobal #WorkplaceSafety #MakeADifference

Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the NSCA Foundation's Brisbane Safety Forum as both platinum and data & digital partners of the NSCA. These events are a fantastic opportunity to stay ahead of industry trends, learn from experts, and engage in conversations that drive real change in workplace safety. A highlight for us was seeing HSE Global's Senior Psychologist, Emma Boucher, take the stage to share her expertise on psychosocial risk management. Emma’s session explored the intersection of contractor relationships, organisational partnerships, and psychosocial safety, sparking insightful discussions and many questions after the session in particular around Global Safety Index ®'s Psychosocial Risk Index (PRI). The PRI is a game-changer in identifying specific psychosocial risks within workplaces. Powered by GSI data and the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ), it provides organisations with data-driven insights to proactively manage workplace mental health and wellbeing. At HSE Global, we’re committed to leading the way in building mentally healthy and high-performing workplaces. Events like these reinforce the importance of collaboration, leadership, and data-driven decision-making in safety, compliance, and wellbeing. A huge thanks to NSCA for hosting another impactful event, and to everyone who attended and engaged in meaningful conversations! https://lnkd.in/gEYHywet #SafetyLeadership #PsychosocialRisk #MentalHealth #HSEGlobal #NSCA #MakeADifference
