Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the NSCA Foundation's Brisbane Safety Forum as both platinum and data & digital partners of the NSCA. These events are a fantastic opportunity to stay ahead of industry trends, learn from experts, and engage in conversations that drive real change in workplace safety. A highlight for us was seeing HSE Global's Senior Psychologist, Emma Boucher, take the stage to share her expertise on psychosocial risk management. Emma’s session explored the intersection of contractor relationships, organisational partnerships, and psychosocial safety, sparking insightful discussions and many questions after the session in particular around Global Safety Index ®'s Psychosocial Risk Index (PRI).
