    When Minimalist Packaging Goes Too Far… 📬😅 Is it a bold approach to eco-friendly shipping, or just a creative way to cut corners? 😆 This keyboard’s debut journey could have used… well, a bit more TLC! Honestly, we’re amazed it even made it to our mystery shopper’s doorstep—invoice still hanging on by a thread under this tiny scrap of cardboard! Shoutout to the retailer for finding just enough space to slap on an address label—and to Australia Post for keeping their promise to deliver, no matter the packaging! 😉 At Humii, we know packaging isn’t just about getting an item from A to B; it’s part of the customer’s experience and that crucial first impression! And while the unboxing was a breeze, let’s just say… it’s not the kind of packaging we can reuse for a return! 🤔 📦 Thank goodness we have 199 other metrics to assess in the end-to-end online journey—good thing this wasn’t the only deciding factor! Now we’re honestly curious—think we could mail an actual apple from A to B with just an address on it? 🍏📦
