A recent Boston Consulting Group (BCG), INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, and Heidrick & Struggles study reveals critical strategies boards are using to navigate these shifts: Key findings from the survey: ✅ 47% of boards are prioritizing ongoing education and development to stay ahead of long-term trends. 🤝 39% are engaging independent advisors for insights on emerging risks like GenAI and sustainability. 📈 39% are updating their board competency matrix to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape. Challenges persist.
