For the past few months we have been gathering the thoughts of investors around the themes of Environment, Biodiversity and Climate Action. Hot topics for discussion have emerged; Capitalism, growth and planetary boundaries, systems investing, reimagining Venture Capital and Private Equity for impact, the intersection between people, profit and planet, investing and divesting for future generations, the urgency of Climate Action: the mix of policy, market levers and democracy. Next week we gather with 50 of our members, colleagues and friends in Melbourne for a full day to dive deeply into these themes, and work through the tangible actions we can take together. Our next thematic day will focus on major themes of social and health impact investing. It will be another amazing session full of insight and action. Impact investing is galvanising action around some of the most critical and dynamic issues of our time.
