🚀 Project Highlight: The Concord Croatian Club 🇭🇷 We're excited to announce the redevelopment of the iconic Concord Croatian Club, set to open in June 2024! 🎉 This beloved gathering space for local residents has undergone a transformation, blending Croatian tradition with modern architecture, and we’re honored to have played a key role. 💡 IGS Engineering partnered with Altis Architect, Calida Project, and Lucian Lighting to bring this vision to life. We provided comprehensive engineering services, including Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, and Mechanical Design. ✨ Specialist Lighting Design: Our team designed a sophisticated lighting scheme that perfectly highlights the fusion of Croatian artwork and modern design. Many materials and design elements were sourced directly from Croatia, adding authenticity to the space. A special thanks to Lucian Lighting for their invaluable support. Exciting news from our Specialist Lighting team! 🌟 We've just completed a professional-grade lighting mock-up for a prestigious, premium grade high-rise office building project, collaborating with top engineering, architectural, and design professionals from Australia and Japan. In addition to this milestone, we have also contributed our expertise to interior and public domain lighting design, electrical design, and BIM modeling. Progress at Bourke & Bowden is looking awesome. This will no doubt be one of the best buildings in South Sydney (if not the best). Developed by Time & Place, designed by Wardle Architects & built by Hickory - construction onsite is flying! Integrated Group Services (IGS) is pleased to have been involved in the building services design (mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics, Integrated Comms / Technology including ICN, IPB & DAS), Level 3 ASP design (substations, external public domain works including lighting) & ESD (5 Star Greenstar, 6 Star NABERS Energy & 4.5 Star NABERS Water). The services were designed to achieve PCA A-Grade requirements. Not only does the building look amazing (thanks to the amazing Wardle Architects design team) it has all the bells & whistles to accompany this epic building. Great to see how this project has developed from inception to where it is now especially since we worked through the initial acquisition due diligence process (services infrastructure / capacity assessments, spatial planning, concept designs to inform financial feasibility analysis & architectural designs) with Time & Place, as well as the DA phases, design development, tendering & now through construction. Great to be involved with City West Housing Pty Ltd on this amazing affordable housing project. Congratulations to AJC for winning the Design Excellence Competition - we are looking forward to working with the project team through the design development phase of this project (which has already kicked off). Integrated Group Services (IGS) was involved in the initial site infrastructure due diligence as well as the initial DA whereby we provided project specific conceptual services (mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic) design solutions (& VT input) to inform the architectural general arrangement plans. It is very satisfying to be working on projects of this nature that have a strong / positive social and community impact.
