    ℹ️ INFORMATION SESSION DELIVERED ℹ️ Last week the Interphone team held one of our Information Sessions with the residents of Affinity Village in Baldivis. These sessions are always beneficial for the residents, helping them understand their internet service, customer support channels available and to set up their devices correctly. The Interphone team also find them invaluable, as not only do we enjoy and pride ourselves on delivering great support to our customers, but we gain some great insights from the customers eyes. We use this to guide future improvements to our support systems, and keep our finger on the pulse of the challenges of our customers. Some of the questions residents put forward in the Q&A section of the night included: • Will they require new modems? We discussed with residents the various options depending on whether their current modem will be compatible with the upgraded network. • Will they see a speed improvement? Absolutely. The Interphone service provides a network uptime of 99%. Overall, the residents, village management, and staff are thrilled about the improvements we’re bringing to their internet service! #fibreinternet #retirementliving #networkupgrade #betterconnection

    Amongst other projects, the Interphone group successfully transitioned Levande’s Mernda Village in Victoria to its managed network, which involved: - upgrading the backhaul Telstra Fibre - upgrading the OLT hardware (comms room) - upgrading the resident ONTU’s - upgrading the MATV services - along with offering our support in the transition and future managed network services By upgrading from legacy systems, we’ve delivered tangible improvements that are making a difference every day: ✔️More Reliable Internet Connection: Consistent, uninterrupted service for residents. ✔️Increased Speed: Faster internet that meets the demands of modern digital lifestyles. ✔️Less Network Downtime: Enhanced network stability ensures smooth operations. ✔️Managed Service and Network Maintenance: We take care of everything, so village management doesn’t have to, reducing their workload. ✔️Increased Resident Support: Our dedicated support team is always on hand to assist residents.
