We’re working with a client on connecting solar farm infrastructure to electrical transmission network, providing agile design thinking that delivers significant cost savings and faster project timelines. We're also developing standardised transmission design offerings to streamline efficiency across various transmission voltage renewable energy infrastructure connections. Advising on build, ownership, operations and maintenance strategies, providing advice on complex areas related to grid connections, environmental approvals, easement variations and negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. In the space of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, we’re helping clients as they evolve their services to include renewable energy sources and superchargers to recharge electric vehicles. Supporting company sustainability goals, including comprehensive D-C and maintenance services, implementing innovative grid solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technology to reduce the time required for connecting EV chargers to the grid. Today I celebrate my 1 year anniversary with Intium, and I’d like to reflect on the journey taken and the milestones achieved together. When I joined Intium, there was a clear gap in the market: a need for a customer-centric company operating in regional Australia that could provide integrated solutions with access to deep network of electrically trained resources with extensive high voltage electrical infrastructure development and operations experience. The goal was ambitious—delivering rapid, value-driven results in a market racing toward energy transition. With our strong partnerships, we quickly assembled top talent, validated market needs, and established high-performance, inclusive operations. This foundation has enabled us to emerge as a key new player in Australia’s energy landscape. One of our proudest achievements has been building genuine trust and collaboration with clients. This has allowed us to accelerate new megawatts to the National Electricity Market more safely and cost-effectively, cutting delivery time by 20% on our first project alone. This was possible only because of the trust we built with our clients, industry relationships and our experienced team’s commitment to innovative problem-solving. Today, we’re backed by over 200 years of combined expertise across complex energy infrastructure, mining, transport, banking, and professional services. The diversity of experiences has fostered an adaptable, high-performing team that brings new perspectives and creative solutions to our clients. Looking toward 2025, our focus remains on innovation, collaboration, and adaptability.
