Yesterday, the dream team of Amantha Imber and Neo Aplin took productivity to the next level at the AI Productivity Masterclass in South Melbourne! Here’s what had everyone buzzing about the future of work and Generative AI: 1. Workflows, redesigned. We learned how AI can simplify even the messiest workflows, freeing up valuable hours each week. Because less admin = more time for what matters. Try it: Identify a recurring task in your workflow—like scheduling meetings or tracking expenses—and test an AI tool designed to streamline it. 2. Writing, but make it superhuman. AI-powered writing tools are revolutionizing how we communicate—sharper, faster, and more engaging. From emails to proposals, your writing game just levelled up. Try it: Start with your next email. Use an AI tool to draft it, then refine the tone and content for your audience. 3. AI for everyone, not just the techies. AI isn’t just for tech experts—it’s for anyone looking to boost creativity, productivity, and leadership. Try it: Explore your AI platform’s features with a single goal in mind. For example, use AI to generate brainstorming ideas for your next big project. Feeling like you missed out? More sessions coming to Sydney and Melbourne in 2025. Will you be there to embrace the future of productivity? Feeling like you missed out? More sessions coming to Sydney and Melbourne in 2025. • Thriving work environments are crafted, not coincidental. 🏗️🧱 Leaders play a critical role in shaping workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive. Here’s how intentional leadership makes the difference: Strengthening Team Dynamics – Build trust, foster connection, and create a sense of cohesion. A strong team foundation empowers individuals to bring their best. 🤝💬 Optimising Team Practices – Balance flexibility with structure, adapt to change, and support team wellbeing. This approach ensures teams can thrive even in dynamic environments. 📈🔧 When wellbeing is at the forefront of leaders' intentions, they’re able to create spaces where everyone can thrive together. #TheThrivingLeadershipSystem #ThrivingLeaders #ThrivingTeams #WellbeingAtWork

  • Today, Amantha Imber brought her A-game to P&C Executives at u&u. Recruitment Partners, diving into the future of work. 🚀 Here are three eye-opening insights that sparked great conversations: 🔥 1. 43% of people feel constantly exhausted at work.   That’s almost half your team! To build resilience, we explored emotional regulation strategies like the ACT-inspired technique: “I’m having the thought that…” – perfect for creating space between you and those pesky negative thoughts. 🧠✨ 📧 2. The average desk worker checks emails or IMs every 6 minutes.   Yikes! It’s time to master the art of monotasking. Passionate focus isn’t just productive – it’s a game-changer. 🤖 3. AI isn’t just for the techies – it’s for everyone.  Want a hack? Make AI your new BFF by setting your browser home page to your company’s go-to AI platform. • Why does wellbeing start with leaders? Leaders set the tone for their entire teams. When leader wellbeing is prioritised, they are better equipped to overcome complex challenges and support others effectively. A healthy, balanced leader can prevent the effects of stress and burnout from rippling across their team and wider organisation. The Thriving Leadership System ensures leaders are equipped to support themselves, then their teams sustainably. #TheThrivingLeadershipSystem #ThrivingLeaders #ThrivingTeams #WellbeingAtWork

Last week Charlotte Rush presented at Cuscal Limited's 2025 Curious Thinkers conference, sharing insights from our Future of Work research on what organisations need to do now to embrace the future of work. Here's some of what was covered: ✨ Proactively supporting our people leaders - the very hard skill of managing and supporting a team of diverse individuals is still deemed a soft skill, something to hopefully pick up over time. We need to invest in training, developing and supporting leaders. After all, Gallup's research indicates that managers account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores. ✨ Asking “How would we know this was successful?” when it comes to investment into our people. People & Culture continues to suffer from a lack of quality measurement. A good place to start is asking ourselves what we want to achieve when we invest in our people, so that we can then capture the data to determine whether or not we've made a quality investment. How will you get the most out of your workforce in 2025? 🤔 Many of our Executive community have shared challenges with designing and implementing effective ways of working to ensure productivity and wellness are achieved in harmony. "Doing more with less" has been a pretty common phrase used by leaders this year, but how do you achieve productivity gains whilst avoiding burnout and retaining your top talent? We are excited to continue our partnership with Inventium and will be hosting Amantha Imber for a session that will delve into this topic and provide leaders with vital tools to enter 2025. This is a closed session and specifically for C-Suite leaders. If you are interested in joining please reach out to me directly.
