For years, Karmo’s impressive growth has underscored the shift in how individuals and businesses experience new vehicles, increasingly recognising the appeal of ‘access over ownership’. The acquisition of Motopool solidifies our position as Australia’s number one car subscription provider and allows us to accelerate our ambitious growth targets through a focus on continuing to deliver a seamless customer-first experience, expanding our range of vehicles and reach beyond capital cities into regional areas across Australia. Automotive industry pioneer and Karmo founder & CEO Nick Boucher will remain as CEO while Motopool CEO Andrew Rickett will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
