🤝 Recently we launched our Veteran and First Responder (VET&FR) Working Group to create a dedicated pathway for veterans, reservists, and first responders as they transition into tech careers. To celebrate this milestone, we hosted our first social event in Perth with special guests from Working Spirit Ltd, whose Transition Employment Portal (TEP) has helped 25 skilled veterans (so far) find a fresh start at Kinetic IT. Today, we'd like to thank our veterans and the veteran community as a whole for their stories, experiences and contributions. We look forward to supporting the journey ahead. #RemembranceDay #LestWeForget

Today we reflect on the bravery and sacrifices of our veteran and first responder crew members at Kinetic IT, as well as every person who has served—and continues to serve—this country. Lest we forget. https://lnkd.in/gAwVdNEY

🎉 Congratulations to Women in Technology WA Inc. (WiTWA) and Techtrails STEM WA the incredible launch of #STEMpower! Our team had an inspiring day learning about how this new initiative will empower the next generation of women and girls to thrive in STEM. A highlight was listening to keynote speaker Dr. Catherine Ball via satellite. 🌏 Launching in early 2025, STEMpower will: 🔹 Provide a Resource Marketplace – centralising STEM tools, guides, and activities for educators, parents, and mentors. 🔹 Showcase 300+ STEM Careers – from AI and robotics to climate science, with guidance on pathways and career advice. 🔹 Connect with Role Models and Mentors – inspiring young women through real-life examples and support. 🔹 Offer Career Learning Modules – animated videos to explore emerging career fields and break down barriers. After an amazing #TechPlus Conference yesterday, we’re excited for the Tech Awards tonight. Here’s to breaking down barriers and building bright futures in the STEM community 💪 #STEMpower #TechTrails #WiTWA #WomenInSTEM #STEM
