Our team continues hard at work on the trailblazing SKA Observatory SKA-Low radio telescope on Wajarri Yamaji Country, 700km north of Perth, Western Australia. The SKAO is building two of the world’s largest radio telescopes in Australia and South Africa, offering exceptional insights into the Universe. We are proud to play a pivotal role in the development and installation of the SKA-Low telescope. Our dedicated survey team is delivering a wide array of critical information, including precise topographic surveys, construction surveys and audit reporting. These efforts are key to ensuring that every stage of this massive project is meticulously planned and executed to the highest standards. As of September, our team have walked thousands of kilometers, strategically placing countless survey pegs throughout the area and installing extensive lengths of flagging tape. This level of involvement highlights the critical importance of accurate geospatial data in a project of this scale, where even the smallest detail can influence the success of the construction phase.
