The Impact of Human-Centred Leadership on Organisational Performance As a former CEO and Managing Director, I've seen how human-centred leadership can transform an organisation. I shifted my focus to being a passionate team supporter and used storytelling to inspire and engage. The impact was immediate: engagement soared, collaboration improved, and productivity increased. Over the next seven years, not one team member resigned. I developed this approach into "Self-Led Leadership," where leaders first learn to lead themselves before helping their teams become self-led.
