This week, our Broker Business Forums (or BBFs as we like to call them) kicked off in Adelaide and Perth. Our face-to-face BBF series travels the country twice a year, and it's a great opportunity for our brokers to connect with each other in person, celebrate their achievements, get a glimpse into upcoming initiatives and product launches designed to help brokers grow their businesses, and so much more! . The theme for this BBF series is ‘Pathway to Thrive’, which is about equipping our brokers with actionable insights and resources to drive their success, now and into the future. The content for this BBF focuses on how we’re supporting brokers to gain more time back in their day, acquire more customers, and consequently unlock increased settlements 🚀 . A big thanks goes out to our Aussie and Lendi brokers in SA and WA for coming along to the BBF, engaging with the content, and committing to the ongoing growth of their businesses. . Next week, the BBF series continues in Brisbane and Melbourne, where we’ll be taking a deeper dive on our LinkedIn page into some of our key BBF segments including the lender expo, lightning talks, and channel-specific breakout sessions. Stay tuned! 💚💜 David Hyman Sebastian Watkins Brad Cramb Travis Tyler Nicole Johnschwager Aaron Hockey Corey Drew Sarah Moore #events #connection #networking #learninganddevelopment #businessgrowth

Since 1 January 2024, first home buyers have made up 11.85% of all purchases in Western Australia. Lendi data shows that these first-time buyers have an average age of 28, younger than the national average of 32, and earn a larger median income of $95,000 — ahead of NSW with $88,000.   Lendi Broker Stefan Kandic from Perth said first home buyers in WA should seize the opportunity to enter the market, if they have been waiting for a sign.   Co-founder & COO of Lendi, Sebastian Watkins adds: “If you have surety of your borrowing capacity by getting pre-approval from your broker before putting an offer in for a house, you become a serious contender.” https://lnkd.in/g6NPRbem #lendi #firsthomebuyers #newbuyers #propertymarket
