At Lion, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups focused on shared characteristics like race, gender, and sexual orientation. These groups offer a space for team members to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Over the coming weeks, we’ll explore how each of our ERGs play an important role in helping us understand the diverse needs of our workforce, guiding us in creating a more inclusive culture. We asked Allan Dib, co-chair of Pride at Lion, to share his journey and insights on the role of ERGs in fostering community. Want to learn more?
