Lipa Pharmaceuticals Limited is constantly improving its environmental performance through major projects targeting electricity and waste management. Recent achievements include a new solar system coupled with a major HVAC energy efficiency upgrade. Lipa is also implementing a new organics recycling stream and improving the cleanliness of discharged water and solid waste. Last night, Lipa Pharmaceuticals Limited was honoured to receive the Sustainability Award at the 2024 Industry Awards, presented by the CMA. Our CEO, Rob Tanna, accepted the award on behalf of the entire team, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Lipa remains committed to its sustainability journey and leading the industry in driving positive change.  

Lipa is pleased to announce that George Georgas has been promoted to Director of Quality and as a member of Lipa’s Leadership Team. George joined Lipa in May 2024 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge in senior Quality roles in global pharmaceuticals organisations. This promotion recognises George’s strong contribution and leadership in the Quality function. We congratulate George on this outstanding achievement.

Lipa is excited to announce a key appointment: Fiona Wing has joined as Innovation and Product Development Manager! Fiona is well known to Lipa having held Innovation and Regulatory roles at several sponsors and also has a strong Naturopathy background. Her experience in the complementary medicines industry spans almost 25 years and in addition to her work with sponsors, has included clinical practice and retail management. We are thrilled to welcome Fiona to the Lipa family!

John has had a long career in the complementary medicines industry in senior Innovation and Operations roles.
