What is PNOĒ metabolic testing system? It measures your metabolism and respiratory parameters during exercise. It provides detailed insights into how efficiently the body utilises oxygen and fuels like carbohydrates and fats during physical activity. This system analyses your breath and heart at both rest and active states. This is why we now have our amazing exercise bike. The PNOĒ system will allow us to find out important health measures that will allow us to individualise your training even more. This will give us important information such as how well your breathing oxygenates your brain and muscles when resting and active. It will also be able to tell us important factors where we can make change that will help us, like what exercises we can do more of to improve our bodies strength, cardio fitness, longevity (health-span) and most importantly feel great so we can live well. We also have the added benefit of being able to order a tailor made 3 month dietary plan based on your needs, preferences, allergies and diet lifestyle. You will also receive information on what the best times of day are best to consume your meals.
