It’s Monday. Have you had it with being pissed at your boss, your kid, your partner - whoever’s in the line of fire. If you’re upset with someone, the bare minimum is figuring out what you actually want. What would genuinely fix it for you? Be specific. And make sure whatever you’re asking for exists in the real world - not some perfect fantasy. Good negotiation isn’t about backing down or meeting halfway just to keep the peace. It’s about both sides walking away feeling, “Yeah, that works.” A great negotiation? That’s when both sides leave the table thinking, “Awesome, what a great outcome.” This week, take a moment to figure out what would really satisfy you - and say it loud and clear. #LIVIN

It’s Monday. We’re hammered nonstop by the grind - promotions, shredded physiques, pay rises, bigger wins, bigger dreams. Happiness just out of reach, always more, always further. It’s dressed up as ambition, wrapped in shiny words that sound warm, inspiring. But let’s not kid ourselves. Some days, it’s war just to stay above water. The pressure’s crushing, the fight brutal. Survival isn’t weak - it’s raw, gritty, heroic. This week? Screw the noise. Here’s to staying afloat. That’s the win. #LIVIN

A year is never just one thing. It’s a collection of moments – good, bad, and the ones that barely leave a mark. For most of us, it’s a mixed bag. But for some, that bag’s been crushingly heavy. If this year’s tested you, taken from you, or left you questioning your strength, here are a few things you need to hear. #LIVIN

It’s Monday. Life’s a brutal mix of peaks and pits, highs that burn bright and lows that cut deep. We dodge the lows, fight them, slap labels on them like they’re something to fix. But consider this: ease and calm don’t always mean you’re nailing it. Growth is forged in the grind - those raw, uneasy moments that twist your gut and light a fire in your nerves. The tension, the fear - that’s where the real work gets done. Don’t shy away. Welcome the struggle. It’s where progress hits hardest. #LIVIN

Ever made a mistake, stuffed something up, or dropped the ball? Missed an important meeting, overlooked a calendar invite, or mucked up daylight savings time? What do you say to yourself in these moments? “I’m so stupid.” “I’m so irresponsible." “What’s wrong with me?” Whatever the exact words, they all usually point to the same thing - being too damn hard on yourself. More often than not, that voice inside your head can be incredibly critical, harsh, even cruel. Here we’ll explore some practical tips to overcome self-criticism, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being - without ignoring reality or pretending everything’s fine.

It’s Monday! Let’s not fool ourselves. No fluff in this one. No sugar coated fantasies and bedtime fairy tales. Truth: life can turn from champagne to shit very, bloody quickly. Why the killjoy? Because sometimes, life just f*cking sucks. But that’s okay. You don’t have to paint on a big red smile - we all know where that got the Joker. Don’t expect to be happy every single day. Just work hard to be a little less miserable on the days when life keeps stiff jabbing you. #LIVIN #ItAintWeakToSpeak

It’s Monday. Slipped back into old habits? Your progress forward has taken a hiatus? Gone AWOL? Don’t punish yourself for occasionally checking back into Hotel ‘My Old Life’ to remember how it’s no longer the vacay that serves you well. Once you realise this, aim for an early checkout - don’t request a late one - and get back on the road to what you want and who you want to be. But, you’ve got to work out what you want and who you want to be!
