The year was 2022 and Amazon Web Services (AWS) just asked whether I'd like to meet industry luminary Sheila McGee-Smith - our solutions leader Nuri Gocay and I agreed and then wondered what we'd gotten ourselves into. During that first meeting Sheila's depth of knowledge of the industry and ability to process trends and information was apparent.
