A huge shout out to Wiley Construction, with 13 of their leaders starting 2025 with Supervisor Training. There were many fantastic conversations had and some incredible insight was shared from all in the room. Supervisor Training is a free 4 hour training session comprising of, understanding our legal obligations relation to bullying in the workplace, and empowering leaders to effectively respond to these and other challenging situations through simple leadership principals.
