PM ASSIST APP - Cross-Sector Collaboration at its Best We welcomed Paul Tommasini and Tony Cook from inCommunity which has developed a ground-breaking initiative to help property managers help our vulnerable tenants. It's called PM Assist and it's a web-based app that enables property managers to easily refer tenants to social services for early intervention. The goal is to keep tenants in properties and avoid homelessness. Working together with the social sector is a no-brainer for us. Apart from helping the community, there is a tangible benefit for us and our landlord clients when tenancies remain stable and leases are renewed. We look forward to continuing to work with inCommunity and the other local homelessness services to help sustain tenancies.

THE PRIORITY PROJECT - Another success story, which came about a little differently. This brand new build in our Southside portfolio was not originally on our TPP property list and being advertised on the open market. A lovely family referred to us by TPP had applied for a couple of other properties on the TPP list but were not successful. We then approached the owners of this new property to ask if they would be open to housing this tenant.
