Our #Christmas #MediaBoards have been a hit this week with two out and more to come. Not just because our logo has a Santa hat on it… the media loves the content and ideas. In a year that has been dominated by cost of living crisis, US politics, international tensions and war locally and abroad, our own federal election coming up in 2025. It’s good to see some HOLIDAY content out there. You can just see the headlines but you get the picture… one of the reasons media find this content useful is the strength of the headlines. They are succinct, pointed and direct. Well done to Sarah Rusbatch Mitch Monaghan Phil Scardigno Michelle Worthington Sarah Blake Debbie Childs Karina Chapman Dr Marny Lishman Gina Field Carol Pagès Vivienne Anthon Melanie Gates Lisanne Iriks - conflict resolution specialist More #Xmas boards coming next week and the #NEWYEAR board is being put together… reach out to Nic Hayes if you want to know how to get on here. #media #mediarelations #publicrelations #commuications #mediastable #mediatraining #mediatips

One of the most amusing and most giving EP in the #media game. A fantastic edition of #TheExpertsPodcast Have a listen to James Szabo and a special guest dropping in a few words… #podcast #podcasting #media #mediarelations #mediastable #mediatraining #meetthemedia
Got a chance to talk to James Szabo, Executive Producer, 3AW Drive with Jacqui Felgate on #TheExpertsPodcast. Tune in on: Spotify: https://lnkd.in/g5R5punR Apple Podcasts: https://lnkd.in/g7UkebrJ Soundcloud: https://lnkd.in/gEBJkutC Jimmy Szabo has many strings to his bow. Most prominently he is the Executive Producer of Melbourne’s 3AW Drive program, moving over from mornings in December 2024. But Jimmy also emcees weddings, appears on various radio segments across Victoria and produces some of the best comedy coming out of social media about the quirks of Italian and migrant families – he’s made his 97 year old Nonna a star of TikTok. The podcast with Jimmy this week we finds out: How social media is an essential element of 3AW Drive and why strategy and a behind the scenes team is integral to success with socials. What will change in his production of Drive compares to Mornings. What percentage of Jimmy’s pitches as a producer get to air. The importance of light and shade in a radio program… “It can’t always be serious.” And the quote from The Godfather that Jimmy Szabo lives by. #media #mediarelations #talkbackradio #radio #producer #mediatips #meetthemedia #Mediatraining #publicrelations #mediarelations Media Stable Expert Registry Produced by: Emily Morgan; Creatives by: Raquel Mullings

We love an Op-ED in the Stable... What are your writing goals for 2025? Come and have a chat and let's plan out your media engagements for the year, Reach out to Nic Hayes. #media #mediarelations #Communications #writing #experts #oped
Thank you to The West Australian for publishing my Op-ED yesterday... 2025 is going to be hectic in the West with a state and federal election within months of each other. All eyes will be on WA watching to see if the Libs can claw back any of the lost seats both state and federal from the "McGowan Effect". Two advertising campaigns are going to bombard the poor voter in the early months of 2025. #AUSPOL #WAPOL #Politics #2025Election #OpED #media #mediastable Media Stable

It’s beginning to feel a lot like #Christmas…
My favourite time of the year…. It doesn’t feel like #Christmas at Media Stable until the SPECIAL CHRISTMAS #MEDIABOARD gets released. Two of these are being released each week over the next three weeks. Even better when the Executive Producer of a major TV program sends you a note to say thank you for the festive content. Got a Christmas yarn to share? Get in touch… #media #mediarelations #communications #mediastable #publicrelations #mediatraining

Ben has been at the helm of Sydney’s 2GB Breakfast Show since mid 2020, taking over the mic from veteran broadcaster Alan Jones. Ben first started his radio career at 2UE, and in 1997 won his first Walkley Award. He’s been with the Nine Network since 1999 and has worked on a range of programs including 60 Minutes and Today Show, before returning to his first media love – radio. He was at the helm of 2GB’s Drive Show for a decade before he became Breakfast host and he and his team now set the nation’s news agenda. In this chat you will hear: The text exchange with Anthony Albanese that had Ben breaking one of the biggest political stories of 2024. What drives Ben to break news – it’s the “I know something that you don’t” element. Why differing opinions matter in the voice of middle Australia. How Ben finds his best producers. Why he initially didn’t want to do the breakfast show… “The coward in me said no”. And what Ben’s go-to karaoke song is. The Experts Podcast slides back the curtain and helps you to get a better understanding of how media works. We speak to the country’s leading journalists, hosts, anchors and producers, who are setting the national news agenda as well as some of the most prominent experts who appear in media around the country.
