Dr Nicole Avard – Menopause Specialist GP and Medical Director & Co-founder of Metluma FRACGP B.Med (Newc) Dr Nicole Avard is a dedicated Menopause Specialist GP with 18 years of experience as an Integrative GP. As the Medical Director and Co-founder of Metluma, she is passionate about guiding women through the complexities of menopause. Dr Nic has supported thousands of women on their menopausal journey, offering compassionate and individualized care. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Nic is actively involved in GP education and training. She is a recognized member of the Australian Menopause Society and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She also serves as a Clinical Adjunct with the National Institute of Complementary Medicine, where she contributes to advancing the understanding and treatment of menopause through integrative approaches. Georgie Drury Georgie Drury, a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO passionate about health and technology. Georgie founded and exited, Springday, a digital health and wellbeing platform in but felt her work was not done, so joined with Nic in founding Metluma a technology enabled health services company enabling women access the care they need at the time they want it. A champion for women's health, Georgie and Nic call their model high touch and high tech - combing medical expertise with alternative therapies, coaching, and technology to empower women through this transformative life stage. Today, Nic and Georgie will share a pocket of knowledge and insights on supporting women's well-being in the workplace, particularly supporting women through peri-/menopause.
