Microhire is proud to have been appointed, once again, as the official Audio Visual supplier for the upcoming Avalon Airshow 2025 with our amazing partners AMDA Foundation Limited. The largest event of its kind in the southern hemisphere, Avalon attracts a world-wide audience of aviation and defence specialists attending the exhibition, conference programs and static aircraft displays, wrapping up the 6-day event with a public airshow spectacular. We are thrilled to work alongside AMDA, our custom stand partners and conference team, along with many exhibitors and key stakeholders Royal Australian Air Force, State Government Victoria, The City Of Greater Geelong. What a privilege it has been to support the largest Taste of Queensland event to date! As the preferred supplier at the RICC, our on-site team provided AV event production and expert guidance to ensure the event came to life seamlessly. Creating a vibrant atmosphere, it was an honour to set the stage for engaging connections from the cooking demonstrations to the exhibition halls with 160+ international buyers, showcasing Queensland’s food, beverage, and agriculture offerings on a global scale. A heartfelt thank you to Trade and Investment Queensland who said that “our expertise and dedication were instrumental to making this event a resounding success.”

Such a pleasure to come together as a group and celebrate the loyalty and service of our Queensland team last week 👏 Special congrats to the staff who received loyalty service awards! We had another fantastic year collaborating with The University of Melbourne! As longstanding partners at one of Australia’s leading universities, our team recently provided the AV production for this year’s Graduation Event at the historic Royal Exhibition Building. We’re delighted to have delivered another successful event at Doltone House for the 2024 Ravenswood Foundation Gala Ball! To create an engaging environment for guests, each dining table was highlighted with a pin-spot and dynamic, deep blue themed moving lights created a celebratory vibe. Our expert team also provided the AV production for the live entertainment and music throughout the evening, including a presentation by the popular TV and radio personality Tony Squires. We are proud to deliver the brief for this brilliant initiative, which raises funds to advance life-changing education scholarships and enhance the school’s well-being and sports facilities.
