Important Update on the DEMIRS Statutory Position Exam We’ve got some exciting news for candidates preparing for the DEMIRS Statutory Position exam! Previously, the pass marks were: Section 1: 90% Section 2: 80% Section 3: 90% Under the old system, if a candidate didn’t pass one section, they were required to retake the entire exam, with a maximum of 3 attempts per year. New Update: The pass mark across all sections has now been lowered to 80%.
