Starting from their family garage, they've grown into a thriving roastery that contributes to their WithOneSeed initiative, which plants trees and supports farmers with every kilo of coffee roasted. Alice’s vision for a preserving kitchen, born from her travels to Timor-Leste, addresses pressing issues of food waste and insecurity. This led to a community-driven hub that has saved over 30 tonnes of food, engaging local volunteers in impactful work. Today, The Corner Store Network not only crafts exceptional coffee but also empowers communities through food preservation initiatives in Australia and Timor-Leste.
