On Tuesday, we proudly partnered with the City of Stonnington and the City Of Monash to welcome food and beverage businesses for an exclusive behind-the-scenes event - Food and Beverage Innovation Exchange.   80+ guests had the chance to hear from Rodney Heath on how our hub supports the future of food innovation with our cutting-edge technologies, such as Virtual and Mixed Reality, Eye Tracking, and Advanced ProtoHub and from Rod Arenas, Commercial General Manager of Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL), on the opportunities for market diversification, export readiness, and digital solutions to accelerate commercialisation. MFI and FIAL have partnered together to assist #SME's nationally to grow the share of Australian food in the global marketplace. Moreover, it was incredible to see such enthusiasm and engagement. Last week, we welcomed Stratasys Director-Sales Enablement Global and General Manager—Australia and New Zealand, Fred Fischer, to our Advanced ProtoHub and Monash Innovation Labs.
