We had an epic workshop last week called Letters of Hope with the wonderful Abbie Williams! 🎉 This engaging “letter writing workshop” centered around mental health, in honor of R U OK Day, was also a celebration of our Employee Assistance Program, Uprise - Employee Assistance (EAP) reaching its 1 year milestone! During this session, we had the chance to write heartfelt letters for someone special in the group, a loved one, a complete stranger, or even their future selves. We also could donate our letters to Letters of Hope, ensuring that their words of encouragement reach someone in need who’s struggling with mental health.
