How do I make a Long Service Leave Claim? You and your employer will need to agree on your leave period before completing and applying for Payment of Long Service Leave using our claim form. Once agreed, you complete the first part of the claim form, and your employer completes the second part before sending it to us for processing. Once received, we aim to process and pay your claim in 10-15 business days. The more accurate and complete your information is on the application form, the faster we can process it. Please ensure every detail is correct before submission!
