PROJECT - No1 Anzac Square Glass Atrium 13.52mm SOL-R™ Clear 60 toughened laminated low-E glass was selected for the five storey high glass atrium at No 1 Anzac Square Creek Street Brisbane helping to transform and connect three buildings of heritage significance. Brisbane’s sub tropical climate requires solar and thermal control for large glazed areas to prevent overheating. Whilst this CBD location has less direct sunlight than other exposed sights, SOL-R™ Clear 60 balanced the need for solar control with higher levels of natural daylighting.

National Glass is Australia’s leading wholesale supplier of flat glass building products. With several facilities around the country, its capabilities and processes include toughening, heat soaking, custom laminating, ceramic ink digital printing and insulated glass units along with advanced cutting, edgework and CNC processing. Expert in lamination with PVB and SG, National Glass wanted to complete its laminating production by adding a jumbo size lamination with EVA, for special products. Our Stormsafe laminated glass has undergone and passed debris impact testing per AS/NZ 1170.2 Section 2.5.8.
