Congrats to QS Services on their continued role in the ATSIAGA project! It’s great to see your expertise helping bring this development to life for our community.
The ANZAC Oval Precinct is moving forward with the Northern Territory Government releasing a new Masterplan for the development. Key infrastructure will include: ◾ The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Gallery of Australia (ATSIAGA) to now be located on Wills Terrace and the gallery will be revised to a three-storey 4,000sqm building. ◾ ANZAC Oval reinstated as a rugby field with restoration works to be completed in time for the rugby season in February 2025. ◾ Additional carparking to better service the Totem Theatre, the 50’s plus community centre and the wider ANZAC oval area. The ANZAC Oval Precinct is expected to be completed in late 2027. To learn more about the Masterplan visit https://lnkd.in/gSFjAbkg

Looking forward to seeing another fantastic result. Well done DCOH.
We are thrilled to announce our next major project: City of Darwin's new Civic Centre! Following City of Darwin’s 2023 call for expressions of interest, we are proud to announce that DCOH has been selected as the successful proponent for the New Civic Centre project! Here’s what’s in store for this landmark $150 million development: - A new 20-story building featuring community spaces, City of Darwin customer service and staff areas, a public library, and ~400 parking bays - 10,000 sqm of A-Grade commercial office space, bringing much-needed high-quality leasing options to Darwin’s CBD The addition of this prime office space will position the Darwin CBD as a vibrant, accessible and cost-effective business hub, attracting local, national and multinational companies. The construction phase alone is set to generate over 500 jobs, providing a significant boost to the local economy and employment opportunities for Territorians. We commend City of Darwin for prioritising local expertise by partnering with a Territory-owned and operated developer. At DCOH, we are committed to delivering this project on time and on budget, staying true to our mission of creating value for the community and stakeholders. Stay tuned as we embark on this exciting journey to reshape the heart of Darwin! Jaytex is proud to celebrate our very own Jess Gibson, Project Director and true trailblazer in the building and construction industry, who recently took the stage as a guest speaker at the NAWIC NT - National Association of Women in Construction - NT Trailblazers 2024 event. This incredible event was dedicated to empowering women in construction, connecting NAWIC members, industry newcomers, and leaders who are blazing new paths forward. Jess’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. As Jaytex’s youngest and first female Project Director, Jess’s career embodies resilience, dedication, and an unyielding passion for the construction industry. Her impressive accolades, including the 2021 NAWIC NT Award for Achievement in Project Delivery, spotlight her role as a leader shaping the future of construction.
