🦷 Today's IPC focus for DMD4 USyd students was preparing for life as a graduate dentist👩🏽🎓👨🏻🎓 👍We explored the challenges and opportunities of different business models for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs. 🎖️We also discussed what role a new graduate could play in contributing to safety and quality in their setting. 🔥Hot tip - when you’re in the interview, try and position yourself as someone ready to contribute to the practice’s IPC excellence. 😌It’s usually my high achievers who are the most concerned about their IPC. 👀Notice, appreciate and value quality with a genuine curiosity for what drives their effort and commitment to high standards - IPC is a team sport, not an entitlement. 🤩 With only three short months to go - it’s a huge deal to graduate as a dentist and I’m proud to be a part of their student journey. #IPC, #USyd #DMD4 #SafetyQuality
