MEDIA RELEASE Nicheliving Construction Agreement with the State Government Oct 11, 2024 Nicheliving Construction has reached agreement with the State Government to discontinue its review proceedings in the State Administrative Tribunal and to voluntarily return its building contractor’s registration. The effect of this is that our customers may now access their home indemnity insurance and complete their homes with other builders. The company will support its customers during this transition. Going forward, the company has decided to focus on its core development business and pipeline of over 409 property titles in the coming 2 – 3 years to help address the WA housing crises.

It was incorporated in November 2002, and as incorrectly reported by various media outlets in Australia, this is not a rebrand. The Group owns numerous property-related entities. MEDIA RELEASE: Construction Team Mobilisation 10th September 2024 Since Nicheliving Construction was granted an interim stay of the Building Services Board’s decision, we have been rapidly re-building our construction team in order to get back on site. We have had a great response for finishing trades via our Tradies Campaign on social media, and we are so appreciative of the support we have received. This week we are delighted to have some trades back on site now that we have re-mobilised a team of subcontractors and have recommenced work. Our construction team have deployed new strategies for our project completions, and we have appointed additional project teams, to assist in fast tracking the home build completions. We will keep you updated over the upcoming weeks as to how we are progressing finishing off the homes.

These offices are the height of modern luxury, blending tradition with innovation in this state-of-the-art building, in one of Perth’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. MEDIA RELEASE: State Administrative Tribunal Appeal Outcome 28th August 2024 Nicheliving Construction is pleased to announce that the State Administrative Tribunal has granted an interim stay of the Building Services Board’s decision. Nicheliving Construction will now be able to temporarily resume construction for our valued clients, while we wait for the Tribunal to make a final determination about our registration as a building contractor. We will be reaching out to our clients shortly to update them about their individual builds. Perth Tradies Campaign In the coming week, we will be launching a campaign to recruit Perth tradesmen to help us in our plight to finish as many homes as possible during the next few months. Nicheliving would like to address the articles written by Business News and The West Australian on the19th of August 2024, stating that Nicheliving has listed 9 of its development sites for sale across Perth, under various stages of development. That statement is categorically false and inaccurate. Further, Nicheliving has not listed any development sites with Mack Hall Real Estate, as stated incorrectly in the article. Nicheliving continues to sell subdivided land via Nicheliving Land and is partnering with builders around Perth to offer house and land options to clients. Nicheliving is the largest medium density developer in Perth and has recently launched Nicheliving Land as part of the business. Mack Hall Real Estate stated “Mack Hall does not have a selling authority over any of Nicheliving’s properties as falsely reported.
