Wow, what a year! Nightingale will be taking a well deserved break from 19th December - 6th January.⁠ ⁠⁠ 2024 has been a monumental year. We welcomed new residents into over 210 homes across Nightingale Preston, Nightingale Wurru wurru biik, and Nightingale Marrickville. ⁠ ⁠ Thanks to @freshhopecommunities and @hchoicesau, who combined delivered 74 of these 210 homes as Affordable rentals. Your support has been crucial in making these communities accessible.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Alongside @wpi_homes and @aboriginalhousingvictoria, we’re also looking forward to continued progress at Nightingale Wilam Ganga, Umarkoo Wayi, and Sheppard Street where new communities are beginning to take shape.⁠ ⁠ Here’s to 2025 – it’s going to be another important year, with new homes and more projects to come. Whilst 2024 has been a massive year, we are looking ahead to 2025. ⁠ ⁠ For the new friends out there, we will be balloting some fresh Nightingale homes throughout 2025. We can't wait! Keep an eye on our socials and our newsletter for updates on when this will occur. ⁠ ⁠ Get up to speed with recent government announcements that may assist you in purchasing a home. ⁠ ⁠ The Victorian Government's temporary off-the-plan duty concessions are in place until October 2025. The Federal Government's Help To Buy program will have further details and commencement dates to come.
