🌍🔍 It's coming - new mandatory climate-related financial reporting. While larger entities will be required to comply sooner (2025), smaller businesses will have longer (2026-2027). Regardless, readiness is crucial. Kicking off in January 2025, the roll-out will follow a phased approach depending on the size of your company. 🌱 Climate disclosures will be required to be published in a new ‘sustainability report’ which will form part of an entity’s annual reporting package. 📈 Companies must report on Governance, Strategy, Risk Management & Metrics and Targets. 💰 Non-compliance may lead to regulatory scrutiny or penalties.
