A breakthrough announcement in endometriosis from Proteomics International (ASX:PIQ) today, with new results showing its PromarkerEndo blood test can diagnose all stages of endometriosis with high accuracy. Until now, diagnosis typically takes an average of seven years. The results come from an 805 patient study completed in conjunction with University of Melbourne & the Royal Women's Hospital, and were published in highly regarded medical journal Human Reproduction.

We've delivered a maiden independent JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 𝟭.𝟱𝟵𝗠𝗼𝘇 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 for our Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa. MD Dr. Caigen Wang said “Aurum is pleased to announce the maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate for its Boundiali gold project, just 12 months after acquiring the permits and establishing JV partnerships. Since October 2023, our team has completed an extensive 63,927- metre diamond drilling program. This aggressive exploration campaign has rapidly defined a significant gold resource of 50.9Mt @ 1.0 g/t Au for 1.6 million ounces. We anticipate further resource growth in 2025 through continued exploration focused on expanding existing deposits and testing new targets within the Boundiali project area. The project is emerging as a potential hub-and-spoke operation, with multiple deposits feeding a central processing facility. Preliminary metallurgical testing indicates excellent gold recoveries exceeding 95% using conventional gravity and CIL (carbon-in-leach) processing methods. A recent deal has further illustrated the commercial value of any drug that is helpful to myelofibrosis (MF) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients, such as Syntara’s SNT-5505. Major Japanese pharma company Takeda entered a licensing deal with Keros Therapeutics to further development of elritercept – a drug designed to treat just one symptom (anaemia) associated with haematologic cancers such as MF and MDS. The deal sees a A$320m upfront payment to Keros, plus up to A$1.77 billion in milestones. This compares with Syntara’s market cap of A$100m, with SNT-5505 potentially disease modifying in MF / MDS rather than treating just one symptom, and approaching the same stage of development in 2025. We've updated the MRE for the Wild Cattle Creek #Antimony Deposit at our Achilles Project. The resource has grown by ~92% to 𝟏.𝟓𝟐𝐌𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝟏.𝟗𝟕% 𝐒𝐛, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟗,𝟗𝟎𝟐 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬 of antimony. This confirms the deposit's status as a significant, high-grade antimony asset. The updated MRE retains the high-grade 1% cutoff and excludes #Tungsten and #Gold, which present additional upside potential. We plan to evaluate the contribution of Tungsten and Gold in a future MRE. This significant Resource upgrade reaffirms the Achilles Antimony Project as a premier asset with strong potential for further expansion and value growth. Executive Chair Timothy Morrison said, "The near doubling of the Mineral Resource at Wild Cattle Creek is a great achievement for the entire team at Trigg. I want to thank everyone involved.
