We'll be popping our OOO on soon, so as 2024 draws to a close and our legendary team take a well deserved break, we wanted to look back on the year that was complete with: 🏆 2 Agency of the Year award wins from PRovoke and Campaign 🦁 a Cannes Lion 🏅 23 campaign award wins or shortlists 📍 2 action-packed offsites 💪 an endless amount of epic client work 💃 a best-in-class crew to make it all happen A huge thank you to our clients for your continued partnership and trust, our incredible team for their commitment and dedication, and to our media and influencer friends for helping us to deliver so many impactful campaigns. 2025 will see us settle in to our new Sydney office as we hit the ground running with some exciting client work, new joiners, weddings and even a baby or two on the way. Congratulations to Mitch Henderson, our 2024 Michael Hartmann Award Winner! 🏆🦁 The Michael Hartmann Award for Bravery is presented annually to one team member to inspire them to follow a dream, be brave and do something they have never done before - and we were so happy to be able to welcome back Michael's family including Max (pictured, right, alongside Richard Brett GAICD) to help present this meaningful award on the day. Mitch was nominated for his incredible contribution to his client teams and to the agency more broadly. In just a few months, Mitch had done an exceptional job in building trust with clients and teams alike thanks to his considered way of operating and his team leadership - diving head first into a fast moving project with gusto. Mitch is able to find perspective and laugh with his teams as they problem solve, and he's right there in the trenches with them through it all.
