We partnered with Facilitate Corporation to deliver Canaccord Genuity Australia a fit out that enhances the client experience. The fit out was completed in conjunction with the landlord’s base build works at 45 Pirie Street and, with a short preconstruction period, it was essential we sought preliminary efficiencies to ensure we delivered on time to the highest quality finish. The project consisted of open plan office and private meeting rooms, kitchen, boardroom and impressive front of house and client entertainment area. We aim to keep the process smooth and enjoyable for all involved. This recently completed fitout for HLB Mann Judd was carried out within an occupied building, consisting of multiple tenants. One Build were dynamic in accommodating the requirements of all project stakeholders and careful consideration was given to adjacent tenants.
