That’s why we’ve introduced the Comfort Zone - a dedicated, tranquil weights area designed to provide a more relaxed workout experience for our members. The Comfort Zone is an intimate space with carefully selected equipment that mirrors what you’d find on our main gym floor but on a smaller, more approachable scale. We created this space with a specific goal in mind: to offer an alternative for those who prefer a low-energy, quiet environment where they can work out at their own pace. This new addition reflects our commitment to inclusivity in fitness, ensuring that every member finds a space that suits their needs, whether they thrive in high-energy environments or prefer a more serene setting. Introducing the Creche at One Playground Merrylands! We recognise the challenges of balancing parenting with personal well-being. Sleepless nights, demanding schedules and limited time for self-care are a reality for many families, and we believe that every parent deserves the opportunity to prioritise their health and wellness. This commitment to supporting families led us to create our new creche service. Our creche is built on the understanding that when parents have the time to care for themselves, they’re better equipped to care for their loved ones. By offering a safe, engaging space for children aged 6 months to 12 years, we aim to provide parents with the time and support they need to recharge, pursue wellness goals and restore balance. With skilled educators, thoughtfully planned activities and a nurturing environment, our creche service is here to make life a little easier for parents across Western Sydney. By offering unlimited access for just $10 a week, we’re making this support as accessible as possible. We’re excited to be part of parents’ journeys toward healthier, more balanced lives for themselves and their children 💫
