As we approach the completion of our first year of continuous operations, and 18 months since our inception, we’d like to reflect on our achievements and express our gratitude to everyone who has supported us on this journey. 👏 Despite limited resources, we’ve achieved a modest turnover and profit, developed financial and business plans, implemented policies and procedures, completed client qualification processes, and obtained health and safety certification. We secured four major clients, submitted lump-sum tenders, and participated in three wind farm construction projects and one operating wind farm. ✅️ We also hired our first employee, built a website, registered trademarks, obtained labour hire licenses, secured pre-approval for invoice financing, submitted EOIs through ICN Gateway, acquired our electrical contracting license, invested in data-driven solutions, conceived the Australian Wind Academy (including drafting a course outline for accreditation), and our founder proudly participated as a mentor in the Clean Energy Council's Women in Renewables program. All of this was accomplished while serving our clients, managing regulatory requirements, extensively networking, and obtaining and renewing numerous personnel qualifications. We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us - whether as a colleague, employee, client, by offering time, advice, or assistance, simply interacting with our content, or by expressing interest in joining our team. 🙏 We are actively seeking clients, partners, affiliates, or local investment to help drive our growth and capitalise on upcoming market opportunities. We’re more eager than ever to secure our own set scope of work, expand and invest in our team, and enhance our capabilities. We are a local aspiring service provider, eager to train and upskill a local workforce, improve industry standards and productivity, exceed client expectations, and take on a fair share of risk for the reward. We welcome your support and partnership to help drive us forward - reach out today. For more details, visit our website to explore our projects, testimonials, and capability statement.

Ever wondered where the Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) are located? 🤔 You might live near one, or be considering a career change into the growing renewables sector.. Efficiently located REZs are high-quality resource areas identified for clusters of large-scale renewable energy projects. Factors like quality of renewable resources, transmission connections, and proximity to load influenced their selection. Check out the map below showing the 43 short-listed REZs across eastern and south-eastern Australia identified by AEMO. For more details, get a copy of AEMOs publication (Appendix 3. Renewable Energy Zones) which provides an overview of each REZ's characteristics and proposed carve up based on generation type (i.e. solar, wind).
